ボッシュと言えばハンマードリル。今回はラガーさんのリノベーション現場で、コードレスハンマードリル GBH18V-28DC を別売の専用吸じんアダプター GDE28Dを装着して使用しました。
ボッシュの変わらぬコンセプト「安全第一 Protection」の1つが、現場環境の防塵対策により施工者及び周囲の健康被害を防ぎ、作業の正確性も上げていくことです。 当然ながら、ハンマードリルでのアンカー下穴あけにおいては、アンカーが正しく安全に機能する為に、キレイに穴をあけて粉塵も残さないことが重要となります。
ボッシュでは多くの製品が集じん機と接続して防塵する機能を持ちますが、今回紹介のGBH18V-28DCは別売の専用吸じんアダプターGDE28Dを接続することで、一層効果的な防塵・吸じん性能を発揮します。
パワフル＆D型ハンドル採用で幅広い作業に対応。吸じんアダプターGDE28Dは専用設計でぴったり装着でき、粉塵を漏らしません。
吸じんアダプターの粉塵を溜めるケースを外し、見てみると…たった2-3穴の穴あけで手のひら一杯の粉塵が！
これを自分が吸ったり、他人が吸ったりしていると思うと如何に「安全」が大事か実感されますね。 アンカーの為にあけた穴の中の粉塵を掃除する手間も大幅に減り、作業性も良くなります。
防塵・吸じんは昔からありますが、まだまだ現場では二の次になりがち…まずはコンクリートへの穴あけ作業から見直しましょう！

Bosch is famous for its hammer drill. At the renovation site of Mr.Rager, a cordless rotary hammer drill GBH 18V-28 DC was used with the special suction adapter GDE 28D (sold separately).
One of Bosch's unchanging concepts, "Safety First -Protection," is to prevent damage to the health of the contractor and the residents in the surrounding area by taking measures to prevent dust in the field environment, and to improve the accuracy of the work. Of course, when drilling anchor holes with a hammer drill, it is important to drill clean holes and leave no dust for the anchor to function correctly and safely.
Many products from Bosch have a function to prevent dust by connecting them to a dust collector. GBH 18V-28 DC can work more efficiently with its dedicated GDE 28D special dust adaptor (sold separately) to provide even more effective dust and dust protection.
With its power and D-type handles, it is ready for a wide range of tasks. The GDE28D suction adapter is specially designed for tight fitting and does not leak dust.
When the dust filter of the suction adaptor is removed, we saw a hand full of dust just by drilling a few holes! If you imagine that you smoke or others smoke this, you would appreciate how important the "safety -health" is. The effort to clean dust inside the hole that was drilled for anchors is greatly reduced and the work is easier.
Dust solutions have been around for some time, still, they tend to be lower priorities. This maybe a good chance to think about again the safe and healthy environment for your daily work!
