リノベーション現場では様々な切断作業を多く行います。木材のフレームを切断したり、コンクリートの壁に穴を空けたりする際、マスクをしていても切断作業時の粉じんはやはり気になります。特にコンクリートを切断する時や穴をあける時は、吸じんができればクリーンで安全な作業環境を保つことが可能です。
今回は商品トレーナーの吉沢がラガーさんにボッシュの吸じんシステムを紹介しました。現場のコンクリートの床部分を切断するために、吸じんシステムの取り付けから実際の切断方法までを説明しています。
今回切断に使用したのはX-LOCKコードレスディスクグラインダーGWX18V-15SC5とX-LOCK用ダイヤモンドホイール（品番：2608615161）です。このダイヤモンドホイールは最高の切断スピードと耐久性を持ちつつ、振動を抑える刃のデザインになっており、鉄筋コンクリート、コンクリート、ブロック、瓦、レンガ、等の切断に最適です。
18Vバッテリーが共通で使えるコードレスクリーナーGAS18V-10LPHとの組み合わせで切断作業中にしっかりと吸じんし、作業後にも周りがコンクリートの粉だらけにはなりません。現場にクリーナーがあると、吸じんシステムの接続に加えて、日常の清掃作業にも役立ちますね。
そのままクリーナーを持って、コンクリート壁の穴あけにも吸じんシステムを使ってみました。今回はコードレスハンマードリルGBH18V-26に吸じんアダプターGDE68とGAS18V-10LPHを装着して穴あけ。吸じんシステムが無いとコンクリートの粉が飛んだり、床に落ちてしまいますが、この組み合わせだと安心ですね。
ボッシュの吸じんシステムを使えば、様々な作業時においてクリーンな環境を保つことができるのでとても安心です。
